Fresh aussehen und fühlen trotz wenig Schlaf

Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm. Wir alle kennen sie, schlaflose Nächte und der Morgääähn danach. Egal ob wilde Party, straffe Deadlines im Büro oder neue Zähne beim Kind (mehr zum Mama sein hier), es gibt Tage, an denen der Schlaf schon mal auf der Strecke bleibt. Meist folgen genau nach solchen Nächten wichtige Präsentationen, Fotoshootings für neue Blogposts oder spontane Dates. Wie eine Nachteule wollen wir da natürlich nicht aussehen. Nach nun fast 2 Jahren mit einem Kleinkind plus Studium/mittlerweile Job (mehr dazu hier) bin ich mittlerweile geübt, was das tricksen angeht. Das Ziel: Fresh aussehen und fühlen, sodass die letzte schlaflose Nacht nicht unter den Augen hängt. Ich sage euch, es gab Nächte, besonders die nach der Geburt, in denen ich vielleicht 1-2 Stunden geschlafen hatte und am nächsten Tag eine wichtige Klausur in der Uni schreiben musste.

Meine besten Tipps: Fresh trotz wenig Schlaf

Liegen bleiben und drücken ging da schlecht. Meine besten Tipps möchte ich mit euch teilen, weil ich mir sicher bin, dass ihr alle schon mal schlaflose Näche hattet mit der bitteren Erkenntnis am Morgen, dass doch gerade heute ein wichtiger Termin ansteht.

1. Der Kälte Trick: Esslöffel aus dem Gefrierfach auf die Augenlieder legen und eine Runde kalt duschen. Regt die Durchblutung an und sorgt für einen rosigen Teint und wachere Augen.

2. Der Stimmungsmacher Trick: Wenig Schlaf sorgt für oft für schlechte Laune und Antriebslosigkeit. Lasst euer Lieblingslied laufen und haltet euch ein schönes Ereignis vor Augen wie zum Beispiel die Lieblingsserie am Abend. Auch eine liebe SMS von der besten Freundin wirkt oftmals wahre Wunder.

3. Der Farben Trick: Weiß, Nude und Schwarz verstärken Augenringe und lassen uns blass und müde aussehen. Besser sind Powerfarben wie Rot, Pink, Magenta und Eisblau. Beim Make-Up gilt: Roter Lippenstift ist das perfekte Styling to go und lässt uns wacher aussehen. Noch mehr Stilberatung kann ich Euch von der Instyle empfehlen.

An beiden Tage hatte ich sehr wenig Schlaf durch meinen Sohn. Doch links ist mir der Täuschungseffekt besser geklückt.Warum? Die richtigen Farben und passendes Make Up!

4. Der Accessoire Trick: Schmuck, Halstücher und die neuen trendy Taschen lenken von Augenringen ab, wie zum Beispiel bei diesem Outfit hier von mir.

5. Der Leicht Trick: Schwere Mahlzeiten machen träge. Zum Frühstück gibt es Obst als Vitaminkick, später helfen Salate und eiweißhaltige, leicht verdauliche Speißen, um den Tag zu überstehn und nicht in ein Nachmittagstief zu fallen

6. Der Listen Tipp: Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht bin ich oft vergesslicher und antriebsloser. Gerade an solchen Tagen hilft es mir, einen geplanten Ablauf zu haben. Dafür nutze ich gerne eine App, um mir wichtige To Do´s einzutragen und mich erinnern zu lassen. Außerdem sorgt es fleich für einen Energieschub, umso mehr man abhaken kann. Generell gilt: Langsam in den Tag starten und von Stunde zu Stunde steigern. Mittags eine Bewegungspause an der frischen Luft gönnen.

7. Der Grüntee Trick: Ja, ich weiß ein Kaffee am Morgen vertreibt Kummer und Sorgen. Viele schwören auch auf Energy Drinks wie Red Bull. Doch diese Koffein Quellen sorgen nur kurzfristig für einen Energieschub. Mittlerweile gibt es gesündere und langanhaltendere Alternativen auf dem Markt. Kennen lernen konnte ich während den Pressetagen zum Beispiel Tigovit, die mehr Energie ohne Coffen dank Kapseln mit Grüntee Komplex versprechen. Perfekt für stillende Mamis. Auch der Duft von ätherischen Öle aus Zitrone, Pfefferminz, Sandelholz, Rosmarin, Orange oder Niaouli hilft.

8. Der Make Up Trick: Gut, dass wir Frauen auch mit Make Up schummeln können. Helle Lidschattentöne, Wimperntusche, Concealer und Farbe für die Lippen sorgen für einen wachen Aufritt. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, gönne ich mir gerne eine kleine Gesichtsmassage mit dem Öl von Weleda nach schlaflosen Nächten. Das tut unheimlich gut und kurbelt die Durchblutung im Gesicht an.
